Personal Training Consultations Now Available!
If you're looking to jump-start a new fitness plan for the season, or just need to re-vamp your current one, scheduling a Personal Training Consultation would be the perfect way to start.
Siren now offers individual one-hour consultations, which can be addressed to your current independent fitness schedule, or can be applied to a Personal Training package of your choice.
For only $65, we can look at your present plan and update it in various areas. You can receive guidance regarding:
Baseline assessments of overall conditioning
Weekly workout schedule, including cardio, strength and flexibility training
General meal time table and nutrition suggestions to support metabolism
Circumference and body fat measurements
Short and long-term goal setting
You will be given a copy of your consultation sheet as a tool to use toward your goals. If you choose to continue with a Personal Training package, your appointment fee will be applied to the package total.

Private One-on-One Appointments
- 12 Sessions - $ 780 ($65/hr)
- 24 Sessions - $1440 ($60/hr)
- 36 Sessions - $1980 ($55/hr)
- 48 Sessions - $2400 ($50/hr)
Personal training will help motivate you to stay focused on your fitness goals once and for all.
This is your Body Project. To get the most out of it, this is what you need to decide:
- What do you want? Be specific. You must visualize it. Is it a stronger body, better health, more energy, better attitude?
- How much do you want it? Are you ready to be consistent and committed?
- When will you make time for you? 2–3 times per week for 12 weeks or more is ideal and realistic to reach your goals.
Here’s what you can expect:
- We'll help you challenge your body, find new strength and endurance and push you a lot more than you may push yourself.
- We'll make you sweat and your body will thrive from it. As a result, you can look forward to getting stronger, leaner, more flexible, feeling better and having more energy.
- We’ll do everything we can in every session we have together to help you maximize your potential. The training style will depend on your preferences: yoga/pilates–inspired, ‘bootcamp’ style, sports-related drills, martial arts and boxing techniques, light and heavier weights… it all depends on you.
- Whatever we do, we promise we will strive to make it fun as you work. The sessions will fly by and youll look forward to the next one. You'll get out of it what you put into it!
PLEASE NOTE:
- All sessions require a commitment of at least once per week.
- Training 2–3 times per week is ideal. We will work together to set specific training days and times, before payment is made.
- You must be in healthy physical condition with the ability to follow exercise programs as approved by your physician.
- Sessions will be conducted at Siren studios only.
- All sessions are one hour. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we may begin on time.
