Dance Mix
Let go and shake it! It’s a party atmosphere, with easy to follow combinations! Open for all fitness levels who love different dance styles, from Hip-Hop to Latin. It’s a great cardio workout, with simple moves. Warning: once you try it, you could get hooked!
Power Kickbox
Empowering cardio, without complex choreography. This workout was made popular at martial arts studios-punching and kicking using gloves and standing weighted bags. Various drills will burn fat, while maximizing your power! Hand wraps and/or gloves are required for this class, and are available for purchase.
Siren Boot Camp
Take your strength training outside (weather permitting) for a back-to-basics challenge! All fitness levels are welcome. Using virtually no equipment and your own body weight as resistance, this class combines cardio and strength conditioning, helping you to burn fat while maintaining lean muscle.
Strength
This class offers resistance training specifically for women’s concerns: total conditioning for the lower body and toning for your back, shoulders and arms. This is a consistently popular workout using weights, bands and Bosu balls to strengthen the body and mind. Set to motivating music to keep you going.
Strong and Gentle
This class is appropriate for all who prefer light to moderate intensity and especially for seniors and those who are new or returning to exercise. Total body conditioning, using resistance and props and light hand weights, is incorporated with mild cardio training, core strengthening and flexibility exercises.
Turbo KICK
Turbo KICK is the country’s fastest-growing cardio kickbox program from California. It is the ultimate fat-blasting workout. Easy-to-follow moves are inspired by boxing, martial arts and dance, taught to music that will make you unleash your energy.
Yoga Fusion
This unique format combines pilates, yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility and dynamic balance. Designed for mainstream fitness, it is an up-tempo, non-spiritual approach to mind/body exercise. Yoga mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Zumba Dance Fusion
