Amy Black
Amy has a passion for fitness and is very excited to be teaching at Siren. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Hamline University, St. Paul, MN. At Hamline, Amy spent two years as part of the Sports Medicine Department working with teams of athletes. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach through the NSCA, and has been actively involved with the sports and fitness industry for over 10 years. Amy specializes in teaching group fitness classes, yoga and pilates.
